Responsibilities
- Manage mortgage applications from submission through to completion, ensuring efficient and accurate progression in accordance with UAE regulations and lender requirements
- Coordinate with clients, banks, developers, trustee offices, real estate agents and internal stakeholders throughout the mortgage journey
- Maintain proactive communication with clients, providing updates and ensuring an exceptional customer experience
- Review and verify client documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness and compliance before submission
- Identify risks, delays or bottlenecks within the mortgage process and take ownership of resolving issues quickly and effectively
- Maintain accurate records across CRM systems and internal reporting tools
- Support mortgage consultants with document collection, lender submissions and case progression activities
- Coordinate transfer appointments and final completion activities with all relevant parties
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of operational processes as the business scales
Requirements
- Experience within UAE mortgage operations, mortgage processing, banking operations or financial services administration
- Strong understanding of the UAE mortgage process, lender requirements and DLD procedures
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple live cases simultaneously
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with CBUAE regulations, Al Etihad Credit Bureau processes and mortgage documentation requirements
- Proactive, solutions focused mindset with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable operating within a fast paced, high growth environment
- Experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications

About the Role
- Senior Mortgage Operations Executive to become the operational backbone of the advisory team, working directly alongside senior mortgage professionals.
