- Generate revenue by efficiently managing mortgage applications from initial enquiry through to completion
- Develop and grow relationships with real estate agencies, introducers and referral partners across the UAE
- Build and maintain a sustainable pipeline of mortgage opportunities through partner referrals and direct business development
- Advise clients on mortgage products, lending criteria and application processes across a broad range of UAE lenders
- Guide clients through the full mortgage journey, delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and expand your professional network
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to support the continued growth of the business
Requirements
- Proven UAE mortgage advisory experience
- Strong understanding of the UAE property and lending market
- Demonstrable track record of revenue generation and achieving sales targets
- Established network of real estate agents, brokers or introducers
- Commercially minded with strong business development capability
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills
- Familiarity with CBUAE regulations, Al Etihad Credit Bureau and DLD processes
- A proactive, entrepreneurial approach

Overview
- Hamilton Bradshaw is partnering with a well funded and ambitious UAE mortgage brokerage focused on Dubai and the wider UAE market.
- Backed by Hamilton Bradshaw, the private equity firm founded by James Caan CBE.
- The brokerage supports clients across the full mortgage lifecycle including first time buyers, home movers, investors, refinancing, equity release, off plan purchases and non resident applications.
WHAT YOU WILL DRIVE, BUILD AND OWN
- Generate revenue by efficiently managing mortgage applications from initial enquiry through to completion.
- Develop and grow relationships with real estate agencies, introducers and referral partners across the UAE.
