• This hire is a critical appointment, bringing in an Operations Manager to help shape, professionalise and scale the operational infrastructure of the business at a pivotal stage in its journey.
• This is a senior, hands-on role focused on ensuring the integrity of fund operations, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting investor and stakeholder engagement.
• The position sits at the centre of the business, working closely with leadership, regulators, and external partners.

Regulatory Compliance & Governance

• Oversee day-to-day operational management of the ADGM entity
• Ensure compliance with ADGM and SEBI regulatory frameworks, including AML/CFT requirements
• Maintain adherence to Foreign Portfolio Investor (FPI) regulations and investment limits
• Support governance processes across internal committees and regulatory obligations

Fund Operations & Administration

• Oversee NAV calculations, reconciliations, and resolution of discrepancies
• Manage relationships with fund administrators, custodians, and banking partners
• Ensure efficient execution of fund transfers, settlements, and cash management
• Oversee investor onboarding, KYC processes, subscriptions, and redemptions

Audit & Compliance Oversight

• Lead internal and external audit processes
• Ensure accurate and timely financial and regulatory reporting
• Strengthen operational controls and governance frameworks
• Maintain documentation and procedures to support audit readiness and risk mitigation

Stakeholder & Investor Engagement

• Coordinate Board, Investment Committee, Risk, and Compliance meetings
• Support investor communications including NAV reporting, fact sheets, and presentations
• Act as a key point of contact for regulators, investors, and external partners

Candidate Profile

• 4+ years’ experience in operations, fund management, or asset management
• Strong working knowledge of ADGM and SEBI regulatory environments
• Proven experience across fund administration, NAV calculations, and investment operations
• Experience managing audits, compliance reporting, and governance processes
• Familiarity with OMS platforms and portfolio risk frameworks is advantageous
• Chartered Accountant (or equivalent) preferred
