- Support Microsoft Exchange (on premises and Exchange Online), Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Hybrid Active Directory, Microsoft Information Protection, Microsoft Defender, Enterprise Vault, and Microsoft licensing
Requirements
- Primary expertise in Microsoft Power Platform administration, including Power Apps and Power Automate
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 Copilot admin, agents, Viva Suite, and modern workplace automation
- Working knowledge of broader Microsoft 365 Messaging and Collaboration services (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint Online, Hybrid AD, MIP, Defender, Enterprise Vault, Microsoft licensing)
- Ability to design, manage, and optimize enterprise scale productivity solutions
