Seeking a strong Full Stack Developer who builds products, solves real-world problems, and takes ownership from development through production.
The role focuses on customer and internal fintech applications using the MERN stack and AWS.
What you will work on
- Build and scale customer and internal fintech applications.
- Develop backend services with Node.js and Express.js and modern web applications with React.js.
- Design and integrate REST and third-party APIs and work with MongoDB and other databases.
- Build scalable backend architectures and deploy and manage applications on AWS.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production systems and improve performance, reliability, and security.
- Collaborate with Product, Business, and Technology teams and own features through production.
Required experience
- Strong MERN experience covering React.js, Node.js, Express.js, JavaScript or TypeScript, MongoDB, REST APIs, API integrations, and Git.
- Strong hands-on AWS experience with deployment, monitoring, and production troubleshooting.
- Applicants should have built and operated production systems, not only tutorials or proof-of-concepts.
- Ownership, independent production troubleshooting, scalability and security thinking, clean code, and comfort in a fast-moving fintech environment are expected.
AWS services
- Relevant AWS services include EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, IAM, VPC, Load Balancer, API Gateway, and Auto Scaling.
Preferred qualifications
- Fintech experience in lending, payments, banking, NBFC, or related financial products is a plus.
- Experience with digital lending, payments, KYC or CKYC, DigiLocker, loan or EMI journeys, payment gateways, UPI, e-sign, onboarding, repayment, financial APIs, reconciliation, or transaction systems is advantageous.
- Docker, Redis, Kafka or RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL or MySQL, Kubernetes, Terraform, TypeScript, microservices, and event-driven architecture are good to have.
- A Master's degree and at least 2 years of full-stack development experience are preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is ₹25,000 to ₹50,000 per month.
Work arrangement
- Work location is hybrid remote in Hebbal, Bengaluru, Karnataka.
