Job Summary
Join an active Design & Build high-rise residential project as a Senior MEP Engineer.
The role bridges design review and site execution while covering procurement lists, contracts, and installation quality.
Employment and Pay
- The position is full-time for a Design & Build project.
- Pay is AED 18,000–AED 25,000 per month.
Required Background
- The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 10+ years of active MEP engineering experience in the UAE is required, with Sharjah experience strongly preferred.
- Fluent Arabic and English, written and spoken, are mandatory.
- Applicants must have Design & Build high-rise residential or commercial project experience in the UAE.
Design and Build Design Review
- Review the constructability and value engineering of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drainage, firefighting, and low-current designs.
- Identify design discrepancies, gaps, and coordination clashes to reduce variations and site rework.
- Review, verify, and approve design calculations for authority regulations and project design briefs.
