Role Overview
The Project Engineer reports to the Construction Managers and supports road and infrastructure construction delivery at the site.
Responsibilities
- Check site progress and report problems.
- Review and brief drawings and method statements before site activities begin.
- Ensure permanent construction materials are approved before construction.
- Supervise construction activities to meet quality, safety, and output requirements.
- Ensure activities fulfill project HSE requirements.
- Prepare and submit inspection requests according to the approved Inspection and Test Plan.
- Prepare daily site reports covering progress, delays, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with QA/QC on quality issues and close non-conformances within agreed timeframes.
- Monitor activities to prevent non-conformances.
Role Qualification
- Experience on road and infrastructure projects is requested in the application screening question.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 14,000–18,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person at the construction site.
