Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate site MEP works, including HVAC, fire fighting, and associated building services.
- Review drawings, coordinate with civil and architectural teams, and resolve technical site issues.
- Monitor contractor activities, workmanship, progress, quality, and project compliance.
- Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and documentation.
- Support planning, progress monitoring, and timely completion of works.
- Communicate with the PMC, client, consultants, and contractors while following safety requirements.
Experience and Qualification
- Strong experience in residential, commercial, high-rise, and government construction projects.
- Practical exposure to MEP, HVAC, and fire fighting systems.
- BE or B.Tech qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Compensation
- Pay is ₹50,000 to ₹70,000 per month.
