Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, work programmes, and progress updates.
- Track actual progress against planned targets and highlight delays, risks, and recovery actions.
- Prepare and coordinate contractor and client billing, measurements, quantity verification, and supporting documentation.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and planning documentation.
- Coordinate with site, engineering, commercial, consultant, and contractor teams for project execution.
- Support MIS, look-ahead plans, progress presentations, and project status reports.
- Use Primavera P6 and MS Project for planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
Mandatory Experience and Skills
- Five to eight years of relevant experience in construction planning and billing.
- BE in Civil Engineering.
- Mandatory exposure to residential, commercial, high-rise, and government construction projects.
- Good understanding of construction activities, quantities, billing, and project schedules.
- Working knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Good coordination, communication, reporting, and documentation skills.
Pay
- Pay is ₹40,000 to ₹65,000 per month.
