About the Role
This is a middle-level Civil Engineer role focused on high-rise building construction, civil site execution, RCC works, concrete technology, structural materials, and quality control.
The role supervises and monitors civil construction activities against approved drawings, specifications, IS Codes, method statements, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil construction and site execution for high-rise projects.
- Monitor RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.
- Oversee high-rise structural elements including columns, beams, slabs, shear walls, and core walls.
- Inspect construction materials and monitor concrete sampling, testing, cube testing, and results.
- Coordinate with QA/QC teams, contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and project teams.
- Identify defects, coordinate corrective actions, conduct site inspections, and maintain quality records.
- Read drawings and support resolution of technical and site-related civil engineering issues.
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 7 years of experience for B.E./B.Tech candidates or 10 years for Diploma candidates.
