- Develop and maintain strong relationships with scientific experts/Thought Leaders
- Develop content and present information to HCPs ensuring medical accuracy and compliance
- Profile the medical landscape and update knowledge on products, patient trends, and clinical trials
- Collect and provide meaningful medical insights to support strategy development
- Deliver scientifically meaningful medical programs (e.g., Advisory Boards, Satellite Symposia)
- Lead cross functional collaboration within matrix teams to embed medical perspective
- Provide knowledge and insight to Head Office medical team and local commercial organization
- Coach others to enhance their scientific skills
- Discuss and deliver HEOR evidence based information reactively
- Represent medical as key reference point for internal stakeholders for Neuroscience
- Endorse and implement a culture of compliance
Requirements
- Advanced scientific degree (PharmD, PhD, MD)
- 5+ years of experience in a medical/scientific role
- Expert knowledge of Neuroscience
- Expert experience in the Neuroscience health care environment in the Gulf countries
- Ability to communicate scientific or clinical data effectively to HCPs
- Ability to develop and manage HCP relationships
- Experience developing field medical plans
- High level of scientific acumen
- Strong business acumen
- Experience in reviewing medical content of promotional and non promotional materials
- Fluent in Arabic and English

Role Summary
- The Senior Medical Advisor Neuroscience – based in Dubai is part of the Medical Affairs Team and provides a bridge between clinical research and the cross functional Brand Team.
- Responsible for planning and execution of scientific projects related to medical communication and education.
- Accountable for developing, maintaining, and sharing Neuroscience related medical & scientific capabilities.
Responsibilities
- External Environment and Customer Focus: Develop and maintain strong relationships with scientific experts/Thought Leaders.
- Effectively develop content and present information to HCPs.
- Set up strong scientific collaboration with thought leaders.
- Actively profile the medical landscape and update knowledge.
- Collect and provide meaningful medical insights.
- Medical Planning/Execution: Deliver scientifically meaningful medical programs.
- Lead cross functional collaboration within matrix teams.
- Provide knowledge and insight to Head Office medical team.
- Proactively coach others.
- Discuss and deliver HEOR evidence based information.
- Represent medical as key reference point for Neuroscience.
- Compliance: Endorse and implement a culture of compliance.
Degree Requirements
- Advanced scientific degree (PharmD, PhD, MD)
Experience Requirements
- Working in a medical/scientific role with 5+ years’ experience.
- Expert knowledge of Neuroscience.
- Expert Experience in the Neuroscience health care environment in the Gulf countries.
- Ability to communicate scientific or clinical data effectively.
- Ability to develop and manage HCP relationships.
- Developing field medical plans aligned with medical and disease & product objectives.
