Responsibilities
- Lead establishment and implementation of KPIs to enhance field force productivity and effectiveness
- Conduct in depth analysis of customer and field force data to generate actionable insights
- Oversee CRM platform to ensure visibility of performance metrics
- Partner with sales, marketing, and IT teams to optimize CRM strategies
- Design, implement, and manage performance driven incentive schemes
- Define and execute AI strategy for Commercial Excellence
- Lead development and execution of comprehensive training covering product knowledge and Customer Engagement Model
- Collaborate with Franchise Leads, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Market Access teams for strategic alignment
- Oversee preparation and uploading of MCCP and other field planning data within InterAct
- Consolidate and analyze IMS sales data to inform performance review and strategic decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a Pharmaceutical / Medical field
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience in similar role
- Strong business understanding and marketplace knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Strong project management, analytical and forecasting skills
- Effective presentation and communication skills
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office & AI Tools
- Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic

Key Responsibilities

- Learning & Capability Development: Lead training programs and skill gap identification.
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Align CEM strategies with franchise leads and other teams.
- InterAct Platform Management: Oversee MCCP and field planning data within InterAct.
- Sales Data & Materials Management: Consolidate IMS sales data and oversee patient recruitment monitoring.
- Market Research & Analysis: Manage market research to identify trends and growth opportunities.
Degree Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a Pharmaceutical / Medical field. MBA is Preferrable.
Experience Requirements
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience in similar role.
- Strong business understanding and marketplace knowledge.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong project management, analytical and forecasting skills.
- Effective presentation and communication skills with ability to influence senior management.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office & AI Tools.
- Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic.

- Site essential roles require 100% onsite; Site by design roles may be hybrid with at least 50% onsite.
- Field based and remote by design roles require travel to customers, patients or business partners.
