Role Overview
Penspen is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to be based in the UAE.
The role involves overseeing engineering tasks and managing construction and fabrication.
The position requires specialized knowledge of standards such as API and ASME.
Responsibilities
- Oversee engineering tasks for assigned work.
- Manage construction and fabrication activities.
- Apply relevant mechanical engineering standards, including API and ASME.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 12 years of experience, including 6 years in Mechanical Engineering for major oil and gas or petrochemical projects.
- Strong expertise in EPC project lifecycles and offshore construction.
- Experience in offshore projects involving commissioning, operations, and start-up.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience on an ARAMCO project is an added advantage.
