Role Overview
Penspen is seeking a Senior Construction Engineer specializing in lifting.
The role leads the safe and efficient planning, engineering, and execution of complex heavy-lift operations.
Projects may include major industrial, oil and gas, or infrastructure developments.
Qualifications and Experience Required
- Engineering degree, preferably with a mechanical or civil engineering background.
- 15+ years of progressive heavy-industrial and lifting engineering experience.
- Regional oil and gas exposure, including standards such as ADNOC or Aramco.
- Appointed Person or Lifting Supervisor credentials and familiarity with LEEA, LOLER, or API standards.
- ADNOC experience is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning of complex heavy-lift operations.
- Provide lifting engineering support for major industrial, oil and gas, or infrastructure projects.
- Plan and engineer safe heavy-lift execution activities.
- Oversee the efficient execution of complex lifting operations.
