We are seeking an experienced
Senior Mechanical Engineer – QA And QC
with a strong
Facility Management (Fm)
- industry background to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality compliance, inspection, and control of mechanical systems across FM projects.
- The responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Implement and manage
- QA/QC procedures
- for mechanical works in FM operations.
- Review method statements, ITPs, drawings, and specifications for mechanical systems.
- Conduct inspections and quality audits for HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, pumps, and associated MEP systems.
- Ensure compliance with
- project specifications, local authority regulations, and international standards
- .
- Identify non-conformities, issue NCRs, and ensure corrective and preventive actions are closed effectively.
- Coordinate with operations, maintenance teams, subcontractors, and consultants on quality-related matters.
- Prepare QA/QC reports, inspection records, and documentation for audits and handovers.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within FM mechanical operations.
