- Present menus and provide detailed information on food, beverages, portions, ingredients, and allergens
- Inform guests about daily specials and promotions
- Recommend menu items and upsell additional products when appropriate
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, including alcoholic beverages
- Communicate orders efficiently to kitchen and bar staff
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining service standards
- Prepare tables with linens, silverware, glassware, and other dining essentials
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas at all times
- Clear tables, plates, glasses, and utensils as required
- Carry dirty dishes and silverware to designated cleaning areas
- Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations
