- Oversee operation and maintenance of mechanical systems including HVAC, chilled water systems, pumps, and plumbing
- Manage planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activities across facilities
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards, local regulations, and company policies
- Supervise and coordinate with technicians, supervisors, and subcontractors
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements for efficiency and cost optimization
- Handle breakdown analysis, root cause identification, and corrective actions
- Support AMC management, vendor coordination, and contract compliance
- Prepare technical reports, maintenance reports, and performance KPIs
- Participate in client meetings and ensure service delivery as per SLA/KPI requirements
Requirements
- Experience in Facilities Management (FM) background
