Role Overview
Lead and manage mechanical works for MEP projects covering HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
The role includes design review, site execution, coordination, and delivery of high-quality projects on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Review mechanical drawings and designs.
- Supervise HVAC, plumbing, and fire-protection works.
- Coordinate with electrical, civil, and architectural teams.
- Monitor site progress and prepare reports.
- Ensure testing, commissioning, and handover.
- Maintain safety and quality compliance.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering is required.
- Seven to ten years of experience as a site engineer at MEP companies in the UAE or Qatar is required.
- Expertise in plumbing, HVAC, CWS, and firefighting system execution is required.
- Experience leading teams of at least 200 people is required.
- Experience executing high-rise buildings of at least G+10 is required.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities are required.
