Role Overview
Planning Engineer role focused on MEP planning and scheduling for high-rise building projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Prepare baseline programs, look-ahead plans, and recovery schedules.
- Monitor project progress and identify delays and risks.
- Coordinate with MEP teams to ensure proper sequencing of activities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Track manpower, materials, and site progress.
- Support project planning and resource allocation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 7–10 years of MEP planning experience in the UAE or Qatar.
- High-rise building experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Work location is Dubai, UAE.
