Role Overview
Lead electrical engineering design, execution, and coordination for MEP projects.
Oversee electrical systems delivery, project compliance, stakeholder coordination, and site teams on high-rise building projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise on-site electrical activities under approved drawings and project specifications.
- Manage MV, LV, ELV, and other electrical system execution.
- Coordinate consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
- Lead site teams and monitor adherence to project schedules.
- Prepare monthly progress bills through approval and certification.
- Ensure safety and quality compliance.
- Review shop drawings and technical submissions.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve electrical technical issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience as a Site Electrical Engineer in the UAE or Qatar.
- Experience with high-rise building projects of at least G+10.
- Demonstrated experience managing large teams.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems execution and site management.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
