Configure and maintain Maximo Application Suite solutions while helping business teams improve asset management processes.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead configuration of Maximo modules for asset management, work management, inventory, and predictive maintenance.
- Customize workflows, reporting, and Maximo functionality for specific client requirements.
- Integrate Maximo with enterprise systems using the Maximo Integration Framework.
- Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend system enhancements.
- Gather business requirements and advise stakeholders on using Maximo to improve asset performance and reduce downtime.
- Provide end-user training, ongoing support, and incident resolution.
- Oversee platform maintenance, updates, and version upgrades.
- Maintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
- At least eight years of experience with IBM Maximo Application Suite and Maximo Asset Management.
- Strong working knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform.
- Strong knowledge of Maximo asset, work, inventory, predictive maintenance, mobile, health, monitor, visual inspection, and reliability-centered maintenance modules.
- Strong experience configuring and customizing Maximo modules.
- Strong understanding of the Maximo Integration Framework and third-party integrations.
- Knowledge of system administration, workflows, scripting, SQL, databases, and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
- IBM Maximo Application Suite certification.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud-based deployments, especially IBM Cloud.
- Knowledge of predictive analytics in asset management.
- Experience in utilities or infrastructure management.
Compensation
- The stated pay range is QAR 12,000–20,000 per month.
Workplace and Employment
- The role is full-time and permanent.
- Work location is in person.
