- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction related field
- At least 10 years of overall experience in quality assurance/quality control in Infrastructure, roads, landscape and related works
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications

Job Description
- Parsons is looking for a Senior Material Engineer to join the site team on a major public realm development in Diriyah, including parks, open spaces, and streetscape.
What You'll Be Doing
- Conduct or supervise tests on raw materials or finished products to ensure quality.
- Plan and implement laboratory operations for material and fabrication procedures.
- Review and make recommendations for material selection based on design objectives.
- Solve problems in a number of engineering fields.
- Complete, check, and process tests and reports.
- Make geotechnical and QC recommendations.
- Ensure field laboratory meets technical requirements.
- Assist in preparing inspection, embankments, concrete, and pavement.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring
