About the Role
Mangobot seeks a Senior Marketing Strategist to own brand presence and demand generation across the GCC for humanoid robotics. You will architect marketing strategy, manage digital and social content, and drive event campaigns and co-branding partnerships.

Responsibilities
- Own and execute Mangobot's social media and digital content strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X
- Build and maintain a monthly content calendar with content mapped across four verticals: Events & Entertainment, Product Features, Commercial Use Cases, and Co Branding
- Develop platform specific strategies for each social media channel
- Brief and manage creative production (videography, photography, design) for content
- Track performance metrics weekly: reach, engagement rate, follower growth, CTR, and lead attribution
- Run paid social campaigns to amplify key content and generate inbound leads
- Identify and manage relationships with relevant influencers, media partners, and industry voices in the GCC
- Own Mangobot's full event presence across the GCC, including trade exhibitions, corporate showcases, co branded activations, and owned events
- Build and maintain the annual GCC events and exhibitions calendar (GITEX, Arabian Travel Market, etc.)
- Develop detailed action plans for each event: objectives, target audience, activation concept, logistics, staffing, and success metrics
- Own event budgeting — prepare detailed budget proposals per event and track actuals vs. planned
- Coordinate with sales team to ensure event activations generate qualified leads and pipeline
Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or strategic marketing role
- Proven track record of building brand presence and driving measurable lead generation through digital and event marketing
- Experience working in the GCC market is strongly preferred
- Background in technology, robotics, B2B, or event industries is a strong advantage
- Demonstrated experience managing event budgets and delivering events end to end
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic a significant plus
- Proficient in social media management tools (Later, Hootsuite, or equivalent)
- Comfortable with paid social platforms (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
- Data driven mindset with ability to track, analyze, and optimize based on performance metrics
- Strong project management skills; able to juggle multiple campaigns and events simultaneously
- Creative eye for content — able to brief agencies and creators to a high standard
- Entrepreneurial mindset — thrives in a fast moving, scrappy team environment

Role Overview
- We are looking for a Senior Marketing Strategist to own Mangobot's brand presence and demand generation across the GCC.
- You will work directly with the CCO and sales team, owning two core mandates: a structured digital marketing and social content plan across four strategic verticals, and a full event and exhibition calendar with actionable plans and budgets.
Core Responsibilities
- Own and execute Mangobot's social media and digital content strategy across all platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X).
