- Previous experience in Heavy Industry (Air Gases, Steel/Aluminum, Mining, industrial chemicals) preferred
- B2B Marketing Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 10+ years in B2B marketing/sales
- Proven experience leading marketing strategy and teams
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and leadership skills
- Experience in solution based selling and digital innovation
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills
- International/regional exposure (MEA preferred)
