What You Will Do

  • Work with Sales Leadership and Marketing Director to determine regional investment strategy and strategic tactics.
  • Be a key strategic advisor to Sales Leadership providing educated and data driven recommendations on strategic activities for pipeline generation, pipeline acceleration and brand awareness.
  • Define, communicate, and execute on overall marketing plan and respective campaigns (comprising PR, seminars, events, virtual events, webinars, email, tele sales online campaigns) for lead generation and revenue bearing opportunities.
  • Track ROI metrics to assess programs, initiatives, activities that create awareness, generate, and accelerate sales opportunities.
  • Manage the regional marketing budget by aligning investments to sales targets and goals and review analyse and track ROI on all activities via SFDC.
  • Manage, measure, and communicate effectiveness of opportunity pipeline sourced from Marketing, partners and sales initiatives.
  • Work with respective global teams to manage end to end marketing procurement process and marketing operational related work (list uploads, campaign code creations, creative requests, PO creation etc.).
  • Lead, manage and participate in hosting and attending regional events.
  • Be a facilitator for in region communications and activities that support achieving desired results; ensuring each in region team member is enabled and receives supports to competently convey Forescout position, value, and differentiation.

What You Will Bring

  • 6+ years marketing experience in network or security technology.
  • 6+ years field and channel marketing experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience; MBA a plus.
  • Seasoned field and channel Marketing expert with proven track record in building opportunity pipeline driven from marketing activities for high growth technology companies.
  • Experience in building out regional marketing plan from the ground up.
  • In depth knowledge on enterprise networking and security trends and topics.
  • Achieves goals successfully; focuses on winning in the marketplace; impacts the bottom line; constantly challenges self and others to deliver results; acts with a sense of urgency and seizes opportunities when they arise.
  • Experience executing lead and demand generation programs (comprising seminars, events, webinars, email tele sales online campaigns).
  • Possesses strong analytical skills. Comfortable manipulating and using data for decision making. SFDC/Marketo experience is a big plus.
  • Leadership and collaboration skills to drive deliverables directly, with internal teams as well as third party vendors.
  • Self starter with an ability to drive to results. Makes effective, reliable, and at times, tough decisions quickly based upon analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and can be equally effective in both formal and informal settings with senior executives, peers and business partners.
