- Communicate marketing strategies, objectives, and performance updates clearly across all levels of the organization
- Uphold ethical marketing practices and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations

Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 4 years in a strategic leadership role
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies that deliver measurable business results
- Strong experience managing cross functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across various levels
- Deep understanding of integrated marketing, brand strategy, performance marketing, customer acquisition, and retention
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with experience leveraging data to drive decision making
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high performing teams in fast paced environments
- Strong project management capabilities with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
