Responsibilities
- Anticipate and resolve routine HR challenges using established procedures
- Independently initiate and own tasks within HR role, such as enhancing onboarding processes
- Take prompt action on routine HR tasks including interview scheduling, medical insurance updates, and letter signings
- Take end to end ownership of HR projects, ensuring deadlines are met
- Manage and maintain the HRMS, ensuring data accuracy
- Uphold ethical standards in everyday HR work
- Communicate HR updates clearly and proactively
- Practice active listening during interviews and employee one on ones
- Engage in regular feedback exchanges within the HR team and with employees
- Continuously look for ways to improve HR processes
- Manage routine employee relations issues
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in HR or a related role
- Bachelor's degree in a business related discipline (preferred)
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Demonstrates integrity, confidentiality, and a people first mindset
- Eager to learn and grow in a fast paced fintech environment

Your mission
- To support the People team across recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations — keeping processes running smoothly, maintaining accuracy, and contributing to a great employee experience.
- You'll bring a proactive, organized approach and a genuine commitment to doing things right, in line with Beehive's culture and values.
Important stuff
- Flexibility – We have an office in DIFC, Dubai
- Reporting to – Human Resource Manager
- Start date – Immediately
- Interviews – 2 rounds totaling around 2–3 hours of commitment over a week
Day to Day you will be…
- Anticipating routine HR challenges (e.g., required documents for visa processing) and resolving them using established procedures.
- Independently initiating and owning tasks within your HR role, such as enhancing onboarding processes and ensuring alignment with team objectives.
- Taking prompt action on routine HR tasks — interview scheduling, medical insurance updates, letter signings — balancing speed with accuracy.
- Taking end to end ownership of HR projects, ensuring deadlines are met and nothing falls through the cracks.
- Managing and maintaining the HRMS, ensuring data accuracy and using it to support day to day HR operations.
- Upholding ethical standards in everyday HR work, ensuring transparency, fairness, and honesty in interactions with employees, candidates, and stakeholders.
- Communicating HR updates (e.g., benefits information, policy updates) clearly and proactively, so stakeholders always have what they need.
- Practicing active listening during interviews and employee one on ones, confirming understanding before providing advice or solutions.
- Engaging in regular feedback exchanges within the HR team and with employees, using it to improve both personal performance and HR processes.
- Continuously looking for ways to improve how things are done — whether that's refining onboarding, improving candidate experience, or streamlining day to day operations.
- Managing routine employee relations issues, such as resolving minor conflicts and answering employee queries on HR policies and benefits.
- Conducting exit interviews and analyzing data to identify trends in employee satisfaction and turnover.
