Responsibilities
- Monitor data and analyze operations database and Google Analytics
- Take ownership of social media and community management
- Focus on content creation
- Lead on adjusting overall marketing strategy to the UAE market
- Prepare HubSpot emails and newsletters for database
- Support development of marketing materials
- Monitor media sources, update websites, assist in events
- Respond to inbound marketing enquiries
- Collaborate with Design, Compliance, Business Development and Operations teams
- Liaise with SME and Investor clients for campaign planning and execution
- Take lead on award entry and submissions
- Find and develop partnerships with businesses and groups with relevant SME audience
Requirements
- Previous experience in social media management, agency or similar, preferably in UAE or GCC
- Proficient English language skills
- Copywriting and effective communication skills
- Experience with HubSpot, Drip or similar tools
- Previous MENA Fintech experience (bonus)
- Positive attitude and engaging personality

About the Role
- Beehive is the MENA region's leading P2P SME lending platform, regulated by the DFSA.
- Looking for a creative and commercially minded Marketing Executive to support marketing strategy execution across the UAE.
- Hands on role combining content creation, digital marketing, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration.
The Important Stuff
- DIFC, Dubai based office. Hybrid working environment.
- Reporting to Group Head of Marketing.
- Start Date: ASAP.
- Interview Process: 2 rounds of interview and 1 assignment.
Day to day, you will...
- Monitor data and analyze operations database and Google Analytics.
- Take ownership of social media and community management.
- Focus on content creation.
- Lead on adjusting overall marketing strategy to the UAE market.
- Prepare HubSpot emails and newsletters for database.
- Become a key member in supporting development of marketing materials.
- Actively monitor media sources, update websites and assist in relevant events.
- Respond to inbound marketing enquiries.
- Collaborate closely with Design, Compliance, Business Development and Operations teams.
- Liaise with SME and Investor clients for campaign planning and execution.
- Take the lead on award entry and submissions.
- Find and develop partnerships with businesses and groups that have a relevant SME audience.
This might be for you if...
- Previous experience in social media management, agency or similar, preferably in UAE or GCC region.
- Proficient English language skills; Arabic would be an advantage.
- Copywriting and effective communication skills.
- Experience with HubSpot, Drip or similar tools.
