Role Overview
- We're excited to announce an excellent opportunity for a Senior Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai.
- In this role, you'll be instrumental in driving Renaissance's marketing initiatives across the UAE and wider international markets, working hand in hand with our sales teams to generate quality leads and build lasting customer relationships through compelling, timely communications.
What you'll be doing
- Develop, build, manage and analyse impactful email marketing campaigns that drive results
- Collaborate with our in house designer to create engaging promotional and support content for prospects and customers
- Manage and maintain our website to ensure an excellent user experience
- Monitor and report on lead generation activities to optimize performance
- Track, analyse and report on key marketing metrics that inform strategy
- Contribute to monthly reporting and insights sharing
- Develop automated email programmes to streamline customer onboarding and support subscription renewals
- Maintain and optimize our email communications schedule for maximum engagement
- Support customer retention through strategic, personalized communications
