- Develop and execute comprehensive planning strategies for wet utilities projects that align with Qiddiya's vision and sustainability goals
- Lead feasibility studies, risk assessments, and environmental impact analyses for proposed wet utility projects
- Coordinate with engineering, environmental, and regulatory teams to ensure project compliance with local and national standards
- Oversee the design, construction, and commissioning of wet utility infrastructure, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines
- Engage with stakeholders, including governmental entities, community groups, and consultants, to facilitate collaboration
- Monitor project progress, address challenges, and implement corrective actions as necessary
- Foster innovation and best practices in wet utilities planning and management
- Keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory developments, and new technologies related to wet utilities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Water Resources Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 8 10 years of experience in wet utilities planning and management, preferably in large scale infrastructure projects
- Solid understanding of wet utility infrastructure design, regulatory requirements, and environmental considerations
- Strong project management skills with proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with planning and modeling software related to wet utilities
