Role Overview
The Senior Manager of Web and AI Experience will craft digital experiences for customers, partners, and stakeholders across AppDirect and its subsidiary brands.

The position will establish an AI-first mentality by embedding AI into customer experiences and accelerating team output with AI tools.
The role is highly cross-functional and partners with marketing, technical, product, design, and leadership teams.
What You'll Do
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the corporate website and cornerstone sales and marketing applications.
- Lead AI integration for development acceleration, content generation, prototyping, and UX personalization.
- Drive LLM-aware content, AEO/GEO, and SEO strategy for human and AI discoverability.
- Manage and mentor web developers using current AI and web technologies.
- Evolve the component library and design system with design and UI teams.
- Improve site performance through optimization, structured data, experimentation, and conversion testing.
What We're Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience leading web strategy or design, or digital product management, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Hands-on experience with React, Next.js, web infrastructure, vibe-coding tools, and database or CMS systems.
- Experience integrating AI tools into development or content workflows, including LLM-driven coding tools.
- Experience with technical SEO, performance optimization, structured data, and LLM-aware content strategies.
- Experience managing technical teams and driving cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfort with ambiguity and iterative work in a rapidly changing AI landscape.
Compensation
- The Canada compensation band is CAD 129,000 to CAD 161,000 in expected annual base salary or OTE.
- Base pay may be supplemented by performance-based bonuses and benefits for eligible regular employees.
