The Senior Manager, Web & AI Experience leads digital experiences for AppDirect, its customers, partners, stakeholders, and subsidiary brands.

The manager leads a small agile web development team and promotes an AI-first approach to development and customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the corporate website and key sales and marketing applications.
- Lead AI integration for development acceleration, content generation, prototyping, and UX personalization.
- Drive AEO/GEO, SEO, and LLM-aware content strategies.
- Manage and mentor web developers and establish performance standards.
- Partner with design and UI teams on component libraries and design systems.
