- Lead and deliver strategic transformation initiatives across Dubai Airports
- Define and manage end to end transformation delivery plans
- Partner with senior stakeholders to shape solutions and drive governance
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, roles, ways of working, technology utilisation, data driven decision making and organisational effectiveness
- Embed change, readiness and adoption approaches throughout delivery
- Track transformation outcomes, benefits realisation and organisational impact
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Strategy, Business or related discipline
- At least 5 7 years of relevant experience in Change Management or Transformation
- Strong experience in strategy, change management, project management, process optimisation and digital transformation
- Certified change management professional (CCMP), certified change practitioner (Adkar, Prosci) and/or project management qualifications (Prince2, PMI or PMP)
- Proven track record of leading cross functional initiatives, engaging senior stakeholders, managing governance and driving measurable business outcomes
- Strong problem solving, facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills
