About the Role
Dubai Airports is hiring an Officer for ADP Endorsement to serve as a point of contact for stakeholder issues related to AVPs, support audits, and consolidate monthly data. Requires a bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of experience, a UAE light vehicle license, and knowledge of aviation terminology.

Responsibilities
- Serve as point of contact for stakeholder issues related to AVPs including applications, approvals, dispensations and system issues
- Support in reviewing stakeholder appeals and provide evidence based recommendations for final approval by the SMTC
- Support the creation and completion of the yearly Audit Calendar for Stakeholders to ensure compliance with GCAA regulatory documentation
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders regarding Aerodrome driving
- Consolidate monthly data for ADPs, AVPs and ADS to identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions
- Create a monthly report for the SMTC with trend analysis for ADP, AVP and ADS
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Data Analysis, Customer Service or related field
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Current UAE License for a light vehicle with ability to obtain ADP L2
- Technical knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications and data analysis
- Good knowledge of Aviation related terminology, vehicle types and equipment used Airside
- Knowledgeable and understanding of GCAA Regulatory requirements and DA Policies, Manuals, SOPs

What you’ll deliver
- You’ll serve as the point of contact for any Stakeholder issues related to AVPs including but not limited to applications, approvals, dispensations and system issues.
- You’ll support in reviewing stakeholder appeals and provide evidence based recommendations for final approval by the SMTC.
- You’ll support the creation and completion of the yearly Audit Calendar for Stakeholders, to ensure compliance with all GCAA regulatory documentation.
- You’ll build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders regarding matters related to Aerodrome driving.
- You’ll consolidate monthly data for ADPs, AVP’s and ADS to identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- You’ll be responsible to create a monthly report for the SMTC with trend analysis for ADP, AVP and ADS as a minimum.
What you bring
- You should hold a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Data Analysis, Customer Service and acquire relevant experience of 3 to 5 years.
- You should hold a current UAE License for a light vehicle with the ability to an ADP L2.
- You should have technical knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications and data analysis.
- You should have good knowledge of Aviation related terminology, vehicle types and equipment used Airside.
- You should be knowledgeable and understanding of GCAA Regulatory requirements and DA Policies, Manuals, SOPs and other Instructions.
