About the Role
Dubai Airports is hiring a Controller for the AOCC Terminal to monitor and control airport operational activities. The role involves ensuring smooth and safe operations across terminals, handling incidents and crises, and using CCTV systems.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and control the communication of Airport operational activities and facilities
- Monitor and adjust the implementation of the tactical plan of operation for Dubai Airports during operation to ensure smooth and safe operation
- Responsible for all terminals for regular operations as well as incidents and crisis handling in either DXB or DWC
- Monitor processes in any of the applicable areas: Terminal, Forecourt, Baggage and DWC (Terminal, Baggage and Forecourt)
- Ensure smooth Airport Operation through CCTV and other monitoring systems
Requirements
- Higher Diploma / Diploma in Aviation engineering/Management/Related for overall 5 years experience
- Knowledge of International Civil Aviation Safety and security practices as stipulated by IATA/ACI
- Fluent in written and spoken English and strong business writing skills
- Good knowledge of airline conditions of use and adaptable to work in multi cultural environment

What You’ll Deliver
- You’ll be responsible for monitoring & controlling the communication of the Airport operational activities and facilities.
- You’ll be responsible for monitoring and adjusting the implementation of the tactical plan of operation for Dubai Airports during operation to ensure smooth and safe operation.
- You’ll be responsible for all terminals for regular operations as well as incidents and crisis handling in either DXB or DWC.

What You Bring
- You need to have Higher Diploma / Diploma in Aviation engineering/Management/Related for overall 5 years experience.
