Position Overview
Lead Technology Services for a permanent, full-time position with an Ottawa-based customer.
The role requires on-site work Monday through Friday at the customer headquarters in Ottawa.
The position requires eligibility to obtain and maintain a Government of Canada Secret Level Security Clearance.
Key Tasks
- Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary Technology Services team.
- Oversee enterprise applications covering finance, HR, payroll, scheduling, CRM, and client portals.
- Manage the full lifecycle of internally developed and customized software.
- Drive Microsoft 365, Azure, and SaaS modernization through automation, standardization, resilience, and DevOps practices.
- Mature ITIL-based incident, problem, change, and knowledge management.
- Oversee cybersecurity, privacy compliance, risk assessments, security testing, incident response, and disaster recovery planning.
- Partner with business leaders on operational efficiency, data-driven decisions, and technology adoption.
- Manage vendors, partners, contracts, costs, security, privacy, and service outcomes.
- Support technology budgets, forecasts, and return-on-investment analysis.
