Opportunity
Seeking a Senior Program Manager for a 24-month contract supporting an enterprise transformation program.
The program spans CRM optimization, customer engagement, data capabilities, technology implementation, business process transformation, and organizational change.
Work Location
- Hybrid work model with two days per week on site.
- Ottawa is preferred, with Toronto also identified as a possible work location.
Key Tasks
- Assume operational leadership and eventual full ownership of program delivery, governance, and stakeholder management.
- Coordinate project managers, workstreams, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Manage program budgets, financial planning, forecasting, and budget performance.
- Engage executive sponsors, steering committees, and senior leadership with clear business impacts and recommendations.
- Manage vendor performance, contract deliverables, quality, and delivery outcomes.
- Lead organizational change, process transformation, and benefits realization activities.
