Role Overview
LeverageTek is seeking a Business Analyst – Information & Data Management for a 12-month contract with a remote, Canada-based customer.
The successful candidate will work fully remotely from Canada.
Key Tasks
- Assess and document information management, records retention, disposition, classification, and governance requirements.
- Analyze business processes and develop detailed requirements for information management solutions.
- Support records lifecycle controls within enterprise and AI-enabled technologies.
- Develop data maps, data dictionaries, metadata crosswalks, semantic models, and related artifacts.
- Perform data analysis, mapping, and integration between Microsoft Dynamics and other data sources.
- Support data modeling, reporting, analytics, and data quality initiatives.
Solution Delivery and Handover
- Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and developers through design, development, testing, validation, and implementation.
- Ensure solutions align with policies, regulatory obligations, information management standards, and operational requirements.
- Develop documentation and provide knowledge transfer, training, and operational handover.
- Contribute to related information and data management activities as required.
