- Act as primary PMC focal point for technical matters across architecture, civil, structures, and rail infrastructure
- Lead and manage full design lifecycle for architectural, civil, structural, and rail works
- Coordinate all interfaces between architecture/civil/structures/rail and other disciplines
- Embed safety by design principles into all architectural, civil, structural, and rail infrastructure solutions
- Align design outputs with construction methodologies and sequencing
- Monitor design and construction related technical activities against integrated master schedule
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field
- 15 20 years of experience in architecture, civil/structural engineering, with significant experience in rail/infrastructure projects
- Experience in a client facing PMC role
- Strong knowledge of design standards, rail codes, and authority requirements
- Proven ability to manage multi discipline design reviews and interface coordination

Role Overview
- Senior Project Manager: Technical (Architecture, Civil, Structures & Rail) is a senior, client facing role within a PMC organization.
- Responsible for managing and assuring end to end design and build process for architectural, civil, structural, and rail infrastructure works on a major program.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as primary PMC focal point for technical matters across architecture, civil, structures, and rail infrastructure.
- Represent client in high level technical, design, and coordination meetings.
- Lead and manage full design lifecycle for architectural, civil, structural, and rail works.
- Coordinate all interfaces between architecture/civil/structures/rail and other disciplines.
- Embed safety by design principles into all solutions.
- Align design outputs with construction methodologies and sequencing.
- Monitor design and construction related technical activities against integrated master schedule.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
