About the Role

Responsibilities
- Design multi agent architectures including orchestration, planning, routing, and human in the loop workflows
- Architect enterprise RAG solutions including vector databases, search strategies, and knowledge systems
- Define memory architectures for agentic systems including short term and long term memory
- Design secure integrations between LLMs, enterprise applications, APIs, and business systems
- Establish AI governance, responsible AI practices, and model risk controls
- Define evaluation frameworks including testing, monitoring, and observability of AI systems
- Support cloud native GenAI platforms across Azure, AWS, and GCP ecosystems
- Advise clients on LLM selection, architecture decisions, and operating models
- Act as a technical authority in client workshops, RFPs, and executive discussions
- Mentor teams and contribute to building EY AI capability
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technology, AI, or solution architecture
- Hands on experience with LLMs, GenAI, and agentic AI systems
- Knowledge of frameworks such as LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or CrewAI
- Strong understanding of RAG architectures and vector databases
- Experience with cloud, APIs, microservices, containers, and enterprise systems
- Knowledge of AI security, governance, and LLMOps
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
