- Lead and coordinate pre opening, opening, and stabilization of staff accommodation assets
- Define and embed portfolio wide standards for asset performance, resident experience, and operational excellence
- Provide asset management leadership with governance frameworks, asset management plans, KPIs, and reporting structures
- Drive financial performance and value creation through budgets, cost efficiency, and sustainable returns
- Embed ESG commitments into staff accommodation assets
- Act as central coordination point between internal stakeholders, operating companies, and service providers
- Develop and lead a high performing asset management capability across the ecosystem
- Ensure staff accommodation assets support employee wellbeing, satisfaction, retention, and productivity
Requirements
- Degree in Asset and Property Management
- 10+ years of Asset Management experience in staff accommodation
- 3+ years in a leadership position
- Relevant Asset and Property certifications and industry memberships
- GCC experience, including prior experience within MENA (preferred)

Overview
- Qiddiya Investment Company is delivering a diverse portfolio of world class assets as part of Qiddiya City development.
- The Senior Manager Staff Accommodation will provide asset management and operational oversight for the staff accommodation portfolio.
- The immediate focus is preparing and transitioning staff accommodation assets scheduled for 2026 2027.
Key Responsibilities
- Asset Readiness & Portfolio Delivery: Lead pre opening, opening, and stabilization of staff accommodation assets.
- Portfolio Strategy & World Class Standards: Define and embed portfolio wide standards for asset performance and resident experience.
- Operational Oversight & Performance Management: Set governance frameworks, asset management plans, KPIs, and reporting structures.
- Financial Performance & Value Creation: Drive financial performance and value creation through budgets and cost efficiency.
- ESG & Sustainability Leadership: Embed ESG commitments into staff accommodation assets.
- Stakeholder & Partner Management: Act as central coordination point between internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Capability Building: Develop and lead a high performing asset management capability.
- Resident Experience & Community Outcomes: Ensure assets support employee wellbeing and retention.
Requirements
- Degree educated within the fields of Asset and Property Management.
- Asset pre opening and operations experience.
- 10+ years of Asset Management (in staff accommodation) experience.
- 3+ years in a leadership position.
- GCC experience, including prior experience within MENA (preferred).
Professional Certifications
- Relevant Asset and Property certifications and industry memberships/affiliations.
