Role Overview
Lead product delivery for multiple applications within RBC Operations Technology.
Provide technical leadership and strategic oversight while supporting the transition to a product engineering model.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple product teams, resources, priorities, escalations, and delivery risks.
- Lead end-to-end product delivery and complex technical decision-making across cross-functional initiatives.
- Coach team members, improve processes, drive automation, and develop strategic roadmaps.
- Design, develop, and deploy complex software solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Drive GenAI adoption and lead the transition from quality engineering to product engineering.
- Maintain end-to-end quality standards and initiate operational improvement opportunities.
Must-Have Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 8 years of progressive technology experience, 5 years of managerial experience, and 10 years of hands-on software development experience.
- Experience delivering large projects or programs with multiple applications and interfaces in Agile or Scrum environments.
- Proficiency in .NET Core, C#, RESTful APIs, Kafka, Angular, TypeScript, Git, relational databases, SQL, CI/CD, and automated testing.
