About the role
Lead Sales Enablement across Lendi Group’s retail, mobile, and inside sales channels.
Turn sales strategy into practical programs, tools, processes, and insights.
Connect commercial priorities with measurable sales and customer outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Translate commercial priorities into sales enablement programs with clear actions, ownership, and success measures.
- Map broker and customer journeys, identify friction, and create practical plays, tools, and coaching guides.
- Build adoption plans for new propositions, products, processes, and customer experience improvements.
- Identify practical AI use cases and support responsible adoption of approved AI tools.
- Equip sales leaders with resources to coach performance and reinforce effective behaviours.
- Use leads, pipeline, conversion, broker activity, and performance data to target interventions.
- Create actionable communications for sales meetings, leadership forums, and team cascades.
- Use feedback, pilots, insights, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
- Partner across Sales, GTM, Product, Operations, Analytics, Learning and Capability, Technology, Risk and Compliance, and Communications.
