About the role
Lendi Group is seeking a Senior Manager in Sales Enablement to turn sales strategy into practical action across retail, mobile, and inside sales channels.
The role connects commercial priorities with programs, tools, processes, insights, and measurable sales and customer outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Translate commercial priorities and performance opportunities into practical sales enablement programs with clear actions, ownership, and success measures.
- Map broker and customer journeys, identify friction, and create sales plays, tools, and coaching guides.
- Build adoption plans for new propositions, products, processes, and customer experience improvements.
- Identify practical AI use cases and help teams responsibly adopt approved AI tools.
- Equip sales leaders with tools, insights, and resources to coach performance and reinforce effective behaviours.
- Use performance data across leads, pipeline, conversion, and broker activity to target interventions.
- Create clear communications for sales meetings, leadership forums, and team cascades.
- Improve programs and ways of working through feedback, pilots, retrospectives, and performance insights.
- Partner across commercial, product, operations, analytics, technology, risk, compliance, learning, and communications teams.
