- Identify gaps and opportunities in the residential development portfolio, optimizing residential portfolio variety and rollout based on market analysis.
- Create comprehensive development strategies on different topics including target customer segments, product differentiation and adaptation to different users, change management based on market movements and trends.
- Work on developing and refining business models for the development department, scrutinizing and setting fees, scopes of work, developer selection, and reviewing/critiquing highest best use studies.
- Create presentations for management communicating team and departmental information.
- Analyze end to end residential development processes to identify efficiencies and optimization opportunities.
- Represent the company with external consultants, funds, developers, end users.
- Assess and evaluate different investment structures.
- Draw roadmaps analyzing requirements, processes, and procedures relating to real estate field, including setting up real estate development and investment entities, interfacing with relevant authorities, etc.
- Create business cases for residential development opportunities.
Requirements
- 5 9 years of professional experience with a background in strategy consulting and real estate investment/development
- Minimum of 3 years in consulting
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Architecture, Engineering, or related field; MBA or Master's degree in relevant field advantageous
- Proven experience in real estate investment analysis, market assessment, development, and/or RE strategy
- Strong financial modeling skills and ability to evaluate complex investment structures
- Experience managing stakeholders across public and private sectors
- Excellent presentation and communication skills

Requirements
