Responsibilities
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات المشتريات المصممة لمتطلبات المشاريع السكنية
- التنسيق مع فرق المشروع لتحديد احتياجات المشتريات وتقديم الحلول
- إدارة عمليات اختيار الموردين والتفاوض بما يتماشى مع معايير الجودة والامتثال
- إجراء أبحاث السوق للبقاء على اطلاع باتجاهات الصناعة وقدرات الموردين
- الإشراف على إدارة العقود لضمان توافقها مع الأهداف الاستراتيجية للمشاريع السكنية
- توجيه وقيادة فريق المشتريات وتعزيز ثقافة التميز والتحسين المستمر
- إعداد وتقديم تقارير دورية للإدارة العليا حول أنشطة المشتريات وحالة المشاريع
Requirements
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة سلسلة التوريد أو إدارة البناء أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل الماجستير)
- 10+ سنوات خبرة في المشتريات مع خبرة محددة في البناء السكني أو التطوير العقاري
- مهارات قيادية قوية وسجل حافل في إدارة فرق المشتريات
- مهارات تفاوض ممتازة وخبرة في إدارة علاقات الموردين
- مهارات تحليلية قوية مع القدرة على تفسير بيانات السوق والاتجاهات
- مهارات تواصل وشخصية استثنائية
- معرفة بأفضل ممارسات المشتريات ولوائح الامتثال
- إجادة استخدام برامج وأدوات المشتريات

Overview
- Join Qiddiya Investment Company in our quest to create a groundbreaking entertainment and leisure destination! We are looking for a Senior Manager Residential Procurement to lead our procurement efforts specifically for residential projects within our expansive portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies tailored to residential project requirements.
- Coordinate with project teams to identify procurement needs and deliver solutions that meet project timelines and budgets.
- Manage supplier selection and negotiation processes, ensuring alignment with quality and compliance standards.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and supplier capabilities.
- Oversee contract management, ensuring that agreements support the strategic objectives of residential projects.
- Mentor and lead the procurement team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present periodic reports to senior management on procurement activities and project status.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in procurement, with specific experience in residential construction or real estate development.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in managing procurement teams.
- Excellent negotiation skills and experience in supplier relationship management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of procurement best practices and compliance regulations.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools to enhance procurement processes.
