Responsibilities
- Define, implement, and govern standardized KPIs and reporting definitions to ensure consistency across regions and functions
- Review all new reporting requests to assess duplication and prioritize automation opportunities
- Determine the most appropriate reporting platforms and environments (EPM vs. BI tools)
- Lead the production of standardized executive and retail performance reporting packs
- Ensure high data quality, KPI consistency, and accuracy across all recurring and ad hoc reporting outputs
- Require and evaluate business cases for new reporting initiatives
- Manage multiple reporting cycles and deadlines, coordinating with cross functional teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
- Experience in reporting, FP&A, data analytics, or performance management within complex or matrixed organizations
- Strong understanding of KPI frameworks, reporting structures, and financial/operational performance drivers
- Familiarity with EPM systems, BI platforms, and enterprise data environments
- Bilingualism required (Advanced French and English) both spoken and written

THE ROLE
- As Senior Manager Reporting Standardization and Production, you will play a critical role in industrializing and transforming performance reporting across the enterprise.
- Reporting directly to the Director Enterprise Performance, you will collaborate closely with Finance, Data & Analytics (D&A), and Enterprise Planning teams.
- This role requires a proactive and collaborative leader with deep expertise in reporting frameworks, KPI governance, and enterprise data environments.
What You’ll Do
- Reporting Standardization & Governance: Define, implement, and govern standardized KPIs and reporting definitions.
- Reporting Rationalization & Automation: Review all new reporting requests to assess duplication and prioritize automation opportunities.
- Reporting Environment Optimization: Determine the most appropriate reporting platforms and environments.
- Production of Standardized Reporting Packs: Lead the production of standardized executive and retail performance reporting packs.
- Data Quality & KPI Integrity: Ensure high data quality, KPI consistency, and accuracy across all reporting outputs.
- Business Case Evaluation for Reporting Initiatives: Require and evaluate business cases for new reporting initiatives.
- Reporting Cycle & Stakeholder Management: Manage multiple reporting cycles and deadlines, coordinating with cross functional teams.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience in reporting, FP&A, data analytics, or performance management within complex or matrixed organizations.
- Strong understanding of KPI frameworks, reporting structures, and financial/operational performance drivers.
- Familiarity with EPM systems, BI platforms, and enterprise data environments.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a focus on simplification, standardization, and automation.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
- Ability to design, implement, and govern standardized reporting processes and KPI frameworks.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple reporting cycles, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
- Bilingualism required (Advanced French and English) both spoken and written.
