- Participate in enterprise wide planning, forecasting, and performance management processes with commercial focus
- Support continuous improvement of commercial performance reporting and analysis tools
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- 3 5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or commercial finance roles, preferably in retail or related industries
- Experience analyzing sales, margin, and commercial performance metrics preferred
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and reporting tools
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Detail oriented and organized
- Proactive and eager to learn
- Bilingualism required (Advanced French and English) both spoken and written

The Role
- Senior Analyst Enterprise Performance Commercial provides specialized financial analysis and reporting support focused on commercial performance across the enterprise.
- Assists in evaluating commercial metrics, preparing variance analysis, and supporting executive level performance narratives related to sales, margins, and market dynamics.
- Reports directly to the Director Enterprise Performance, collaborating with commercial finance, FP&A, and business teams.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze commercial financial data including sales, margins, pricing, and market trends to support enterprise performance management.
- Prepare detailed variance analysis and driver based explanations for commercial performance deviations.
- Develop and maintain commercial performance reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
- Support the preparation of executive performance narratives, highlighting risks, opportunities, and trade offs within the commercial domain.
- Collaborate with FP&A, Data & Analytics (D&A), and Strategy teams to align commercial assumptions and data integrity.
- Assist in scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and business case development related to commercial initiatives.
- Participate in enterprise wide planning, forecasting, and performance management processes with a commercial focus.
- Support continuous improvement of commercial performance reporting and analysis tools.
What You’ll Need
