Senior Manager - Program & Project Management

• Support the Portfolio Delivery Lead with portfolio and programme management activities, business cases, and NFRs.
• Maintain portfolio structures and hierarchies, ensuring alignment with the current change portfolio.
• Support Value Streams with NFR and CIA completion.
• Collect, analyse, and consolidate Value Stream data for senior stakeholder reporting.
• Apply project management and estimation techniques to support portfolio planning and delivery.
• Analyse project financials, including estimates and actual burn-up, to support informed decisions.
• Identify and mitigate operational and delivery risks across the portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with critical internal and external stakeholders.
