Location and Working Arrangement
- The role is based in Bengaluru.
- All work is performed from the Availity office.
- The position follows a rotating shift model with handover overlap.
Role Overview
Support production network and cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure environments.
Work in a structured NOC setup covering monitoring, incident management, automation, and cloud infrastructure operations.
Use Terraform and scripting to execute controlled infrastructure changes.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and support production network and cloud infrastructure.
- Configure and troubleshoot routing, firewalls, VPNs, and cloud networking.
- Support Cisco routers, switches, and wireless infrastructure.
- Maintain runbooks covering IAM/RBAC, VPC/VNet, TGW/VWAN, WAF, and observability.
- Execute approved infrastructure changes using Terraform and scripts.
- Monitor and troubleshoot incidents using CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, and Splunk.
- Support infrastructure cutovers and perform standardized validation testing.
- Contribute to incident resolution, SOP compliance, and continuous NOC improvement.
